Technical Services is constantly looking to ensure that it provides a “Value For Money” service. The statement Value For Money though can mean different things to different organisations or types of customer. We have been listening to the feedback we get from our smaller customers i.e. the non-secondary schools about the contracts and services that we provide.

We understand that an AVCM maintenance contract is a form of insurance and so is only of any real value when used. A contract not used may give piece of mind, but may also felt to be a waste of money if never used. This is something our smaller customers feel with their smaller budgets compared to Secondary and Grammar schools.

To help our smaller customers, Technical Services is now pleased to offer Nursery, Infant and Primary Schools a new form of support contract which provides great value and flexibility. In addition to the traditional maintenance service that we have been providing schools for over 40 years, the contract can be used for a whole range of other services providing greater Value For Money.

The contract works by purchasing Service Credit in advance. The Service Credit can be used for software and hardware support & upgrades as well as bespoke projects, tell us what you want and we will see if we can help. It can also be used to purchase any product available from Technical Services from an Ink cartridge to a Server.

Service Credit is valid for 2 years from date of purchase, giving you plenty of opportunity to get value from the contract. If you run out of credit you can buy more at any time.
